Seats for 72 C10

Anyone used the seats in the link attached. Currently have nice bench out of early 90's but I have bad nerve damage in my back at waist line. So any pressure in that are is no good, thinking about having local guy notch out a few inches of foam but if that don't work I need another option, gas tank is moved so I have room to play with. No high backs just need something cushy. No big junk yards in my area so I'm limited on the 2nd row SUV finds. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If you want soft go with fabric not leather.
