WTB: Roof section/marker lights - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am looking for a roof section that contains the cab marker lights area. The raised areas for the five lights.
Anyone that parts out these trucks that has this section or knows where to come up with it, please let me know.
I would like a price and a pic to 64421 or 64504.
If I cannot locate this section I will go with different lights. If too expensive or troublesome, I will go the cheap route. LOL

Here is an original paint, rust free section...and there are no rust problems under the rubber seals ( a common hidden problem area). It comes with new gaskets & lens for: $150 + shipping. Weighs about 30lbs (18x8x66).

...and it has all the bulb holders & wire harness.
