Who makes Floor patch above rear cab support

Like the title says...I am looking to see who makes a floor patch for above the rear cab support. I just ordered a new one (along with lots of other metal goodies) and have not found a site that offers this.

Also is the rear of the cab (outside) available in a patch panel between what comes on cab corners? From the pic below i have holes in the rear of the cab.

Trying to do all this without remove the cab as well. Going at it a little at a time.
