Moog #6452 is shown as the "standard" spring replacement for 1982 C10.
Free height: 13.64" Installation height: 10" Rate: 843 lbs/in Here's a Moog #6454 HD spring: Free Height: 13.61" Installation height: 10" Rate: 1060 lbs/in But none of the above really helps you. A better measurement might be "fender lip to center of spindle" on a stock C10. But that would vary with age of spring, engine weight, etc. FYI, the only GM specs I could find are "Springs @ Ground". For the standard GM spring it's 1475 lbs each. For HD spring it's 1750 lbs each.
