my 66 has wiper /pump and dash switch installed, but no wiring at all.

need help on where to route wiring and where to hook up under dash.

With as much stuff as you are having problems with have you thought about rewiring the truck? There is a harness for the wipers. Here is a good thread for the wiper wiring. Search here is your best friend.
