The cabs are basically the same except for the cutouts in the doors and floorboard for the front fenders.... A friend of mine and I put a complete C50 floor in his K10 a few years ago. We had to modify the front floor where the pinch weld is but it was pretty easy. I'm not 100% sure about the firewall but you could compare the two easy enough. I have a pair of C50 doors on one of my extra C10 cabs.

I never noticed that, is the bottom front of the doorsand cab 'clipped' for the larger wheel openings?

What it is, they share as much sheet metal as possible with only the panels affected by the difference are unique to each. Cabs are a assembly of multiple panels. The hood mount completely differently in different locations, so that's a big one to deal with. That's the cowl panel. The engines in medium duties sit back into the firewall more, firewall panel. I think the floor panels are different due to frames are. Basically, they both use the same from windshield posts to top to back panel and dash.

I can guarantee the floor pans are the same except for the front corners and where the trans hump meets the front toe board, and those areas aren't that hard to massage....

Here is the thread where we put the C50 floor pan in the K10:

Here is a thread on some of the firewall area differences in the C50 and C10/20....
