Rust behind dash

I just bought a '67 SWB rolling chassis with only surface rust. What's the best way to take care of the rust behind the dash?
Thanx !

I would just wire brush it as best you can and use a rust inhibiting paint, unless it is really bad, then you would probably have to sandblast it.
