Re: 1946 Flxible Clipper Re-power

Hi Rick,

I'm repowering a 1963 Flxible Starliner with a Cummins ISC 350HP and Allison 6 speed. You can see details at CreativeCruiser.com

Thanks for posting pics. Please post progress reports somewhere.

Here are some other sites you might find to be useful:
Flxible Owners International
FlxForums
There's also a yahoo group dedicated to Flxibles.

Here's a shot of my bus:

Ben, I'm the Vice President of FOI, we were at the Loudonville Rally last summer and meet you and Karen, what a wonderful Rally.

Re: 1946 Flxible Clipper Re-power

Very cool. I would have loved to have seen more pics of the engine swap.
I take my wife to a doctor every two weeks and pass one of those sitting in a storage yard. It's in pretty decent shape and would be very restorable. Each time I pass it I tell my wife that I would love to have it, knowing that she will give me a crazy look and ask me why I want it, LOL. She just doesn't get it.
