y-pipe?

anyone no who still has a y-pipe for a 1972 gmc c2500 307ci stock 4 speed on the floor with granny. i have been looking every where with no luck except maybe 1 sight has a walker 40346. little over priced but when you need it you need it. but not real clear if it is for a floor shift. i would just go with the flow master down pipes but i used those on my 72 c10 and had to put in mini starter. thanks if you guys have any leads

I just bought a walker one from the auto parts store. It's for a 72 V8 automatic. I can take a pic and give you the number when I get home

Re: y-pipe?

I haven't had any luck finding the Walker 40346 available anywhere. Every site lists it but doesn't let you order it.

Ahhh. Factory single exhaust.
My 69 Longhorn still has it. I haven't changed it yet. And the drivers side has the top side of the pipe flattened for the clutch linkage.
