Sent my axles and rotors off to be redrilled

I shipped my axle and disc brake rotors off to moser to get drilled to a chevy truck pattern. I have a disc brake rear end out of a 74 Imperial with disc brakes. The rotors I have are really rare and hard to replace. I've been having visions of disgruntalled UPS works using them as frisbies. Hopefully they'll get back soon, I have a new set of car style ralley wheels for a chevy truck pattern waiting for them!

If you don't mind my asking...what is this costing?

I've been thinking of doing it with my six lug rather than changing the suspension......

Is there any clearance problems with the new wheels?

Moser does good work so you should be happy with them.

to drill a pair of axles OR a pair of rotors is 50 bucks. 25 a pair to weld up the old holes. Shipping is the real killer. I aint no carpenter, so i built a box that weighed a ton. Shipping cost me 80 some bucks. They get a flat rate, so shipping coming back is 18 bucks. They have a website if you wanna check it out. Moserengineering.com I think. I haven't had the wheels on yet. They are still in the box. They will be on soon once the axles get back.

Next time you might check with them first on the shipping since they get a break.

I've dealt with some companys that sent what was needed to ship to them at their rate since they were getting the business...

Thanks for the info, will check out their site...
