But I must say your "regained interest" had me wondering, for a second, how it would look in my yard. Pretty good in solid Hugger Orange and no moldings I'm thinking. :-)

Unfortunately for you, there will be some white paint on this truck. My "loose" goal is to keep is as stock as possible. I am going to make an exception for an HEI & carb, (maybe the stance) at least until i can get the Q Jet figured out. (I think they are a little like women).

PS I would like to find the idiot who cut a whole in the doors for the "custom" stereo system. Other than that Im a happy camper.

Also, sorry for poor spelling, I'm trying to get used to this new Mac computer, windows 10 was killing me.

White wheels, front bumper and a correct white step bumper are enough for me!

But when it comes to "your" truck, we rarely see a factory Deluxe Two-Tone (code 4xx) with a painted front bumper.
Almost to a truck they seem to have been optioned with a chromed front bumper.

I was unable to attach a picture earlier, so sorry about the delay. I've been at my parents house over Christmas and was able to install the wheels and tires. It looks like the perfect combination to me!

As of now, the engine is out and on the way to the shop for a stock rebuild. Because of this, the stance is off. I think it will be too low for me after installation. If this proves true I'll raise the rear with the stock hangers and that should take care of things. If the front is still to low, that can be worked out with later.

If you want to rebuild your quadrajet correctly, the first time, contance Cliff @ www.cliffshighperformance.com. First send him an e-mail w/ your carb number. The the HP kit is the best way to go, you can't buy many of the parts in it from anyone. He can send you ALL the parts you need for your specific build, get his book also.
The HP kit id $80.00, sounds like a lot but you get a lot. Your carb likely needs the primary throttle shafts rebushed, he has a kit for that also, $60.00.
