To me it looks like the pulley is moving more than the balancer. Either way it's not bad enough to worry about.
Do you feel vibrations you didn't feel before ?

Cant say if its worse. I didnt really look at the old one while it was running. I replaced it because when I went to replace the pulleys i noticed the rubber on the other one was badly dry rotted and actually coming off.

Thats what I was thinking that it was more the pulley. Wasnt sure if the pulley would move without the balancer moving. Honestly I dont feel any more vibrations in the truck than I did before. Under the hood the thing runs like a top. I think it would be quieter than a Honda under there if it wasnt for the fan. Its running better than ever. But then again I did a few things all at once.
