Dual number tach lens ?????
I'm going through my NOS parts, selling them here on the "parts for sale" board.
I came across this lens that I didn't know ever existed. Other than having a dual set of numbers on it, it still looks different to me. My question is, Has anyone ever seen this? Did GM really produce these? It is in a GM NOS box, PN 6458266 , which is the same number on the rest of the NOS lenses that I have sold. Anyone have any knowledge on this? |

If you put it up for sale Im interested in it if you dont want a ton more for it than a regular tach lense (i think I missed out on those you had)
Also I see you were looking for parchment visors, I have a set of those Im not using ... maybe we could work something out there too?

Oh boy...you and everyone should know that is not factory, if it was then you would see people looking for the "rare" factory 8k rpm tach.

Ya know, You never can tell anymore. I have been selling aftermarket for years and years, and have never seen this offered either aftermarket or GM.

Pretty sure that is a repro lens. I assume there is no number on the lens?

LMC sells these...
No GM motor was spinning anywhere near 8000 in those days. Even the DZ 302 Z/28 Camaros!
