19.5" wheels on older 1.5 ton trucks

I started a new thread in the Pre-47 area for a discussion about swapping newer wheels.

I couldn't decide for sure whether to start it here or the Pre-47 area, but since 1.5 ton is just barely a Heavy Hauler and it's on a 1939 truck, I decided to start it there.
