Re: Sliding camper bumper

I too wish you were closer. If I may hijack the thread, anyone have a similar bumper closer to Indianapolis? I do get to Kansas about once a month.

Re: Sliding camper bumper

Do you think the sliding mount extensions come off? Or cut off and tuck into the body of the bumper for shipping? Any idea how much it weighs or length?

I will pm my phone number

Yes they unbolt. There are two bolts holding each extension on. 80" long 8" tall 8" wide. I'd say it weighs 70# or so

Hey there, your inbox is full I guess... so you can pay me via PayPal. Bkstraub8@hotmail.com. How does it need to be packaged for them? If I just need to wrap it in cardboard I won't charge you anything for that. I can have it taken apart tonight and wrapped up. Thanks! Brandon

Just looking at the pics provided 8" seems too narrow for width. Did you include the wrap on the ends? I'd guess more like 12" wide on the ends, or even more including frame mounts, right?
The reason I ask is overall box/crate dimensions can make a big difference in shipping cost.

You are very right. I should have pulled it out from behind all my junk when I was measuring so I would have noticed that. It's actually 13.5 inches wide.
