Do I need an adjustable panhard bar on 3" drop?

Planning on dropping my swb stepside 2/3 (coils all around) and was wondering if I will need an adjustable panhard bar or can I keep the stock one?

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

I dropped my 69 C10 four inches in the rear with the stock bar, no problem even with 12" wide tires.
