front tires drag and feel binded when turning
I just replaced a bunch of parts in the front end (inner/outer tie rod, adjusting sleves, idler arm, wheel bearings) and before i did this the truck was out of alignment and now that ive replaced these parts when I turn it feels like the tires are sliding and binding like theyre fighting eachother, any help is greatly appreciated, and this is a 2wd truck not 4wd

Re: front tires drag and feel binded when turning
Did you have it realigned at a shop after installing all the new parts?

You installed the steering cross link upside down. How do I know? We did the same thing. That long bar that connects the two sides... flip it.

Re: front tires drag and feel binded when turning
i thought i may have done that before i installed it but when i flipped it the studs wouldnt go through the center link because the holes are tapered, unless im misunderstanding you

Are the tie rods centered/ straight when the wheel is straight? I bet they are angled right now.

Re: front tires drag and feel binded when turning
It sucked when we figured it it out because we had to notch the oil pan for the new placement of the bar. It will move up about 1.5" and close to the cross member by .5". (LS swap)

Re: front tires drag and feel binded when turning
I had the same issues. My centerlink was on backwards. Had to take it all apart and turn the centerlink around. The ends of the centerlink should be angled towards the front of the truck.
