Ridetech Customer Service Rocks!

I messed up one of my lower control arms on my 67 by accidently hitting a pot hole. I called ridetech asking them if it was something that could be fixed. Not at all expecting it to be warrantied. This was 100% my fault, and they shipped me another control arm at no cost! Sent them some pics of the damaged one on Wednesday and today a brand new one shows up. Thanks Ridetech.....Couldn't be happier than the way all this was handled!

That is impressive customer service. I wonder if it is their policy or if an empowered employee made a judgement call. Either way is a good experience.

Thanks for sharing!!! Usually only see the opposite reported on public sites so it's nice to see straight out positive outcome/results.

Re: Ridetech Customer Service Rocks!

That's exactly why I made this thread. A lot of people only post when something bad happens and I really thought recognition was due here!

Re: Ridetech Customer Service Rocks!

Have to give a big plus one to Ridetech. I lost a fine thread 9/16 lock nut that was part of the kit, and I couldn't find in the Fastenal catalog. I called to buy one and they wouldn't let me pay for it, they persisted that they would just send me one. Two days later I had a new one in my hands via Fedex.
