Could I please have help identifying these seats I just picked up?

I picked these up off of CL today. I was told they were from a 91 Suburban. However, they do not have that low profile mount that I believe Suburbans have. I was hoping these would bolt right into my 85 c10 and I would just have to acquire the proper Burb mounts that are normally welded to the floor.

My guess is I will have to go to plan B.

Thanks in advance for looking.

Sorry they are upside down. Jesus lol

None of the Suburban Seats would mount right up to your truck, there are some modifications that need to be done. But it can be done. Even a Suburban Bench, the tracks are just a little different.

Do a search for Suburban Seats Swap, you will find quite a few threads on this subject.

They look like buckets from an 88+ pickup.

Agreed. 88-up truck or 92-up burb (based on the mounts).
88-91 burb seats are a bolt-in w/the needed cab floor pedestals (front) & tweaks to the seat tracks (rear).

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

This is what I was thinking when I bought them. These sit too high and I knew they couldn't be the right ones. They were in good shape and its hard to find anything around here so I jumped on them.

I have to agree, they are in great shape. I know this is a bit off subject, but a good steam extraction will do wonders!! I detail on the side, so I have an extractor. When my truck was still maroon (it's charcoal now), I used it on the seat & carpet. It will bring back the color. You can see the line in the carpet. And the seats are before & after.

Thankfully my brother has an extractor. I use it every time I get a new car or truck. They really do wonders. I just wish his had the built in water heater.

They are nice and yeah, too bad about the heater. Mine gets so hot, it will scald you if you accidentally spray yourself.

I just got the same seats for my 79. I'm using 73-91 suburban seat tracks to mount mine. My 79 has the factory bucket brackets. I have a set of suburban seats as well; these just lok better in there.
