Steering box ?
I need to replace the steering box on my 67 C 10. It has power steering. Someone said it was power assist on a manual steering box. CPP has a new steering box for $379.00 I want to make sure it will work on my truck as Im in AZ and not close for returns. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Steering box ?
If it has factory p/s it will be power assist. Many people change over to the power steer gear. Does it have the hydralic ram like in the pic?

Re: Steering box ?
Why do you need to "replace" your steering box?
They are easily rebuilt unless the housing or sector is heavily scored
