Re: Parting out. '69 1/2 ton big block

BTW....this is how rusty it is....when I got it home I opened the door and it dropped all the way to the driveway, I tugged it a bit and it completely detached from the cab with the hinges still on the door...

You planning on changing the frame or repairing the C notch? I have a clean frame cut of the C notch area.

Got it. A frame should pop up here on the forum then.

Sorry but I realized I need them for a truck I am building...I usually only build 72's is why I think I thought they were for sale.

I'm just posting the picture since I went out and took it and for future reference.

The bottom pictures are of the 69-71 tailpipe hangars.
Randy, I am a little confused. The pics you posted are of the hangers off this 69 or they are from a 72? I am going to save the pics so I know what to look for. If you run across another set, please keep me in mind.

Thanks,
Mark

Tail light trim? Could use a driver set. Want the screws and cone washers that secure the trim.

I don't sell those trim pieces because I have never in 50 tries been able to get one off without mucho damage, I don't sell the screws and especially the cone washers, because they are hard to come by, thanks though.

If you want to pay $20 then I would try to remove them, I have one off right now. I will take the other ones off tomorrow and let you know how it turns out. There are 3 out there to be removed.
I will inventory my screw spacers and let you know on that too.

The way I see it is, they are about $15 new, so what are they worth used....
And shipping is at least $15 or so, I hope you see my point.

I don't want to get in between you and Randy Deal on a frame but I have one here and Utah or I actually have a couple if you're interested but I don't want to get in between you and his deal it's a shorter travel distance but I understand
