Charlotte Autofair

Just returned from the Charlotte Autofair and was shopping for a gas tank conversion tank to put my tank under the bed. I'm figuring the vendors tha was there from this site was giving the best deals because I was a member here. Boy was I wrong! A highly recommended vendor had it for $230 and I walked down about 150 yards to The Truck Shop and got it for $160. That included the sending unit, straps, j-bolts , etc. It was the exact same supplier and in the exact same box as what the vendor had. So buyers beware its best to shop around and I know the little man has to make money but come on $70!!!! Give me a break!!!!! Just expressing my.02 cents worth.

Make sure you have the correct Blazer sending unit--they sent me the truck sender--it's been a month and it's still not straightened out.
