Fiberglass Airdam ?'s

Not to rehash this subject, but I haven't found an answer to my question.

Does anyone aftermarket make the factory style front air dam as used on the Indy Hauler (pictured), Sport, Amarillo, etc? I'm coming up with zero on my searches. Advantage Fiberglass has it listed but no one ever answers the phone.

This one looks like a three piece dam, but I'm not necessarily looking for an exact reproduction. Something similar would be fine with me.

Re: Fiberglass Airdam ?'s

I can't help with the production part but I believe US Body Source is down in Florida near you.

If you give them a part they say they will make a mold of anything.

That's a good idea, but if I had the part...

Re: Fiberglass Airdam ?'s

Well ...

Do you have (or can you find) a broken one that could be pieced back together for a core?

Do you know anyone that you could borrow from?

Can you make your own core out of hardwood based on pictures and use that to create a mold? Especially since you say it doesn't have to be exact.

Re: Fiberglass Airdam ?'s

No, no, and yes. Lol

I would love to fab a mold and pop these out, just don't have the hours available. Squarebody stuff here is damn near non existent, especially special factory stuff like this, so finding one to even build off of is a challenge. Junkyards around here have crushed all of the good stuff years ago, now they're filled with Crown Vics and Kias. I always keep my eyes open, I'll run up on one eventually.
