Is a good cab worth $1000.

On my 61 Chevy C20, I knew the doors were a bit rusty but I just found serious floor pan rust on the passenger side and very minor rust on the driver side floor pan.

The place I'm buying my TH400 and 205 says they have a cab in almost new condition with the original interior that they'll sell me for $1000. Worth it?

Forgot to ask that. I will next time I talk to him. If it doesn't have a title, I'll just stick with what I have. He said it has no rust and the original interior.

After spending all the time and money on my cab, yes. If the rockers aren't rusting from the inside then it's worth it.

if you're even semi-profecient with a welder, you can handle floors, rockers and cab corners. I think $1,000 is the high side if all you need is those things.

If the header above the windshield on the inside, half way up the firewall, the bottom of A-pillars on Knee Knockers, the dash areas are rusted, for all that work, yeah, a perfect cab is worth that.

If it is a complete '60-'63 cab and doors in perfect condition and has a title yes it is worth $1K
