Speedo Needle
Mine broke on my 76. Can they be swapped or do I need to change the entire cluster? Thanks

You can buy them separately. There are a bunch listed on eBay and then check the parts section of this forum.

It also might just be the Speedo cable too. I'd check that first before having to change the actual gauge.
Sorry I didn't read it says "needle" so if it's a broken needle, then as stated above you can find just the Speedo for sale and replace just that unit. |

I broke mine trying to paint it.
I ended up taking a toothpick, whittling it down, painting it , and super-gluing it to the head. It works and unless you look very closely you don't notice it's not the original needle. Very long, frustrating, and tedious job, but it works and looks acceptable. |
