an option would be to get hubcaps without the hole and cut the hole for the lok hub for the front two wheels. i think the factory hub caps with the hole already there would be very hard to find.

Especially since they dont exist ! Diver , on a Chevy 1962 was the last year Chevrolet offered hubcaps on any 4x4 truck, GMC 1963. Everything after that was made . You will have to punch them out yourself .I made mine .
