Another Engine Casting Number Question

The engine in my truck is not original. I have searched around and this is the best I can tell from the engine ID, engine VIN, and engine casting.

Engine ID # V0726USC: Made in Flint, SBC 350, built July 26th, 1983 350 conv.cab M LT9 165hp 4bbl C-20 to 3500.

Engine VIN # CDS165021 or COS165021: Unable to find info

Engine Casting # 14010207: 1980-85 14010207 350 - - 4 (main caps) truck

I need to replace the spark plugs and there seem to be a variety of options for the '83 series trucks. Is there anyway to figure out exactly what vehicle my engine came out of with the info I have? I am planning on going with ACDelco Platinum 41-821 plugs, but want to make sure I have the right part number before I make the purchase.
