Quick Question - What is this called? What does it do?
I've located this on a wiring diagram on the site but I'm not exactly sure what this is or what this does? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Perfect, thanks guys!
Pulling my old switches/relays off my stock wiring harness to use on my new set of harnesses. Trying to label everything/learn as I go, this helps greatly.
