Re: Lockup switch for 700r4

700r4 install is complete. I used a 5 pin relay off the brake switch as instructed above from John's70 and DKB81 - works great. I used the shifter knob switch and a small led light in the mega shifter housing -- works well.

Changing to an OD on the bbc was a good thing, should have done sooner. With 265/70x17 with a 3.73 gear, with lockup it turns about 1350 rpms at about 50 mph. Add 200 if not locked up. My np208 speedo gears are within 2 mph of a tom tom gps at 55 mph. I run a 396/350hp comp cam and a 1650 lockup torque converter.
