Blazer Transmission
Hey all. I'm new to the site/forums AND this is my first message so please be gentle I recently decided to trade my manual xmission for an automatic in my 71 Blazer 4X4. Before I put the tranny up for sale I want to make sure I know what I have. What do I look for to to make sure I advertise it correctly?

Re: Blazer Transmission
Make sure to specify that it is an SM465 four speed manual out of a 4x4 that was mated to a NP205 transfer case, and that it has a ten-spline output shaft.

Re: Blazer Transmission
Are you doing a floor shifter conversion? I've been searching the threads to see if anyone has done a manual to automatic and used a tilt steering column...
