..some great ideas folks..The color really doesn't have to lean toward "factory"..I may choose to paint them the same color as the turquoise body..actually seeing some painted and installed really helps.. Thanks

I always paint anything under the truck black to allow the eyes to focus on the body. As far as what sheen to use, I use low gloss. You want smooth w/o the shiny

Whatever you want to paint them. I have seen many different scenarios, body color, gloss black, satin black, I am doing mine in satin also.
