Ok, I know where some of my power issue is coming from. The throttle cable is loose, has about an inch of play, I will need to get a new bracket to hold it to the carb. I checked my spark plugs and a couple look fouled. I am currently having someone look at my engine because after my trany swap, I noticed a "whining" sound when the rpm gets to 2000 and it's not the trany.
