AL 1960-66 parts from big stash

Looking for a part for my 1964 c10 steering column, believe it is the mast jacket. Originally 3 on tree, previous owner moved shifter to floor and gutted the column. Currently my blinker housing does not attach to anything on the lower part of the column and will just rotate around on the column. The blinker housing does sit in the shifter housing. The piece I have looks to have been sawed on or broken off where the blinker housing would slide over (the bottom slats) to secure it.
