Rebuild Sequence

Went to the body shop yesterday with my rolling frame/engine,tranny and tr ansfer case. Cab was lowered and put back on frame. We also put the doors back on. Question...is there a preferred sequence to start my rebuild? Especially all the items under the dash. I've also considered getting the core support on so I could get the radiator on and plumbed in, I'm anxious to start the engine. Fenders,cowl,hood and bed aren't painted yet.

I would start with the pedal assy and the steering column and work my way to the right. There is a ton of work before you get the front section

I've only done a couple, but I start with anything that mounts to the interior side of the firewall & work my way towards the dash- if that makes sense? Did you take disassembly pics? A donor truck (that isn't gutted) is helpful too

I took a lot of pictures before I disassembled and them some as I was disassembling. Mostly took pictures so the final reassembled truck would look and function as truck did originally. As usual I gave my memory ability to much credit on what order I took truck apart. Mostly I'm just looking for some advice on what the best sequence of reassembly would be. I don't want to install something only to have to remove it because something else needed to go in first. Fortunately I have a lot of time and patience.

Did you do a search on the forum for the sequence? Put the dash pad on early so that you can access the nuts.
