Back from the paint shop!!!!!

Got her back from the paint shop today. I three pics to post, so be patient 'till I get 'em posted. They redid the inner door panels back to the original ivory. The bed liner came out nice too, they matched it to the body color. The roof is still white and the body color is Vermillion.
Thanks for all the help getting her back together

Third try for the inside

For some reason I cannot post the inside PIC. I'll investigate and try later.

And the aft end.
Still need to put on a few chrome pieces and find a pair of grill loops, but it finally looks nice again.

Okay the wierd rubber flappers are something Grandad put on there a long time ago. I will take them off, weld up the holes, and repaint the bumper soon.

Looks great! The interior is really nice. I think it deserves a nice chrome bumper to set it off, along with a little drop in the rear end, but that's me, it's your truck, and a very good lookin' one at that!

You know, the only problem with getting these trucks painted up so nicely is you almost hate to drive them!

It's beautiful!

Very nice Walker. I love the 67/68 side trim. I am going to put it back on mine when it gets painted. Did you buy new trim or is it the original in really good shape? If new where from?
Thanks
Dave

You caught me! I am missing three pieces of trim on the drivers side, thats why I only posted pics of the pssenger side. Well, that and I couldn't get back far enough on the drivers side due to my boat and work truck and the creek( Okay, dry wash. Just don't let me stop deluding myself). I'll get some pics of the drivers side soon, I got home late tonight.
The trim was in reasonable shape. I would like to replace the front wheel arches but am having trouble finding them. I kind of like the rear step bumper, and I have to tow my boat and weld rig so it comes in handy. I also like being able to step up into the bed easily. I have not, nor probobly will, put a drop in the rear, as I carry alot of weight from time to time and don't like it squatted down. I also don't like the idea of an air bag system. Not that they are bad, its just not my style and seems to be overkill. I am also not into sittin' the body on the ground.
I'll get some more pics after I get the rest of the chrome back on. Also. anyone used those SS drip rail caps? I forget where I saw them, but they look slick, and if nobody has anything bad to say about them I may give them a try.
