i'm not sure what that is supposed to insinuate but i was very polite with them, but even if i wasn't polite i would still expect them to provide good customer service. if someone gets screwed over they have every right to get pissed. so i guess your saying that if some one gets pissed off because they weren't treated right, then ece (or any company) has a right to blow them off. yeah, that makes sense......

low84, I didnt mean to insult anyone, I dont want any enemies on this board or anywhere, you are correct no company can please everyone all the time. My reply was more directed toward original poster. I should have just said I am happy with ECE, and that "a bunch of clowns" is far from the way I would describe them. thanks
