Is this factory blazer trim?

I have not seen any blazers with upper trim like this, does anyone have a clue if it is factory or not?

No, it is not factory. It could have been added by a dealer before the truck was sold, but they did not build them that way at the factory.

Question upper trim 72 blazer

on my glove box lid there is a code for special promotional trim combination for the upper and lower trim on my 72 cst blazer would the dealership be able to have added that code to that sticker when it left the factory or did they put a new sticker on at the dealership??? I thought that that list was what the vehicle left the factory with as options
