Depends on rpm. At idle, I usually have 15psi, at cruise, 30psi, and hard acceleration, 45psi.

What's it at now?

Don't worry, you'll get all the little stuff worked out and you'll be cruising the streets in no time. One question though, just incase I missed the post, you did get the cam broken in properly right? 2500-3000 rpm for 20 min. plus.

with that motor 60+ , or at idle around 40+
at least thats what mine is running about.

yeah on that new motor it should do about 40/60, thats what mine does anyway. if its just pegged aat 60 all the time he might have put a high pressure pump in there, which isn't usually recomended for something like this, high volume is what you want
