Identifying transfer case and doing front shaft seal.

My transfer case has a series of numbers and a plate with more numbers, I will include pictures also, I'm trying to identify it so I can get the right seal for my front shaft, also is that seal hatd to replace? Or is that seal similar to doing a rear diff pinion seal where it has a crush sleeve? I hope not thanks..

Yes, but there is no crush sleeve. Just torque the big nut.
