As far as I can gather, the guy ran into some health problems and then money problems, and the truck sat untouched until I arrived.

Cool! My best odometer story is pulling into the driveway for the first time with a newly acquired vintage vehicle, and having the numbers on the odometer exactly matching the street address of it's new home. Weird!
