Question factory 15X7s

they did make some of our factory style wheels in 15X7 right? what were they on, vans or something?

and do they have the same backspace as a 15x8, just an inch taken off the outside?

I don't know if there were factory 15 X7 rally wheels, but the vans had 15 x 6.5. The pair I have had about 1/4" less backspacing than my 15 X8 wheels. I used them on the front after I installed drop spindles. I didn't have to grind as much from the lower a-arm lip.

I found a set of 2 15X7's on the side of the road on my way home. They had some ****ty old tires that I had to dismount but I hope to try them soon. I'll post some pics when I get em mounted. The 15X10's I bought look wicked with the 27.5X12 slicks I bought on ebay.

What vehicles came with the 15 X 10 rallys in the 5X5 bolt pattern?

Basically 15x7 were standard, 15x8 were optional. From what I remember, Burbs came standard with 15x8's. 15x10 are aftermarket. Usually you can find 15x7's on non-Silverado or early model pickups. They will be marked on the rim lip.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
