fleetside wheel houses wanted!
I need to get two of these in good shape, anyone know which one of the many parts companies sells these OEM/NOS ? I heard someone out there did,

You can still buy these from the dealer. GM has discontinued this item but there are still some on the locator. Be prepared to pay about $110.00 a piece though. If you need a part # i can look it up for ya.

My inline... well I bored it out, put in hypoeuratic (sp) pistons and rods, put in a wolverine cam, had the crank balanced, put in mallory unilite distributor, promaster coil, ported head, jacobs wires, water heated aluminum intake manifold w/a holley 600 4bbl setting on top. I recently got a tripple 1bbl rochester setup i'm going to put on. She moves the mail thats for sure...

Ok so I called a dealer, they want $196.00 each! I think that's a bit steep. LMC has them for $99.00 but they are repros. I was wondering if anyone has used these, and if they are the same thickness as the old ones etc. I'd hate to put these in then have someone sit on one and have it bend...

dont blast me if im wrong but i think its the same part for the 73-87 bed too if so i have a pair of em used you could have cheap like $50 for the pair plus ride in in NYC and could ship em UPS ground you may wanna check it out if they would work
