Do i have to have a converter for this turn signal swithch?

I just picked up this C10 and I am trying to get all the lights working. It has a aftermarket turn signal switch on the column. It is a TB 16-12 brand switch.
I can eventually figure it out but it would help to know if I have to have a tail light converter since there is only 1 bulb with 2 filaments.

So, what is wrong with the tail lamp assy? Double filliment is what you need. Grounds through the housing. One wire is turn/brake and the other running
