Is this glove box door/color correct for my '67

The original interior color is a light metallic green/aqua but the glove box door is a fawn color around the edges. Are the edges of the glove box door supposed to be green/aqua like the rest of the interior? The SPID is missing on this glove box door so I have no idea if it's original. Thoughts?

Looks correct. I think you will find the edges are a rust colored silver. Were silver originally like the gauge cluster.

With 67's I believe all glove boxes were black textured center with silver edges no matter what the interior color.

Also 67 specific glove boxes had a recessed area where the SPID sits with a raised border.

Re: Is this glove box door/color correct for my '67

Looking closely at the inside of my glove box door it's definitely more of a silver color. The outer edge that is exposed is a combination of silver and rust that makes it look more of a gold-fawn color. I'm going to refinish it and just wanted to make sure it's correct to match the silver that's on the inside of the glove box. Thanks for the replies and examples, it's a big help.
