WTB - Inline 250 Intake Manifold PCV Valve Fitting




Out of my 3 intake manifolds...only 1 had this fitting and I broke it trying to get it out.

I have 4 , I'll try some pb blaster and a little heat to see if I can get one out intact .

Ok , I have one for you ... That is NOT a screwed in fitting it is a pressed in fitting It takes heat and penetrant to pull it out working it slowly from side to side . I'll post pictures as soon as it cools down ...

anyone with a hard to find vacuum leak should look at this fitting the one I pulled had been slathered with red rtv sealant .

I bead blasted it to clean it up , You can see NO threads

That one looks a little different than what I had. Mine just came straight out the top with no 'angled block'.

I could have told you the non threaded part...since I have 2 manifolds that don't have anything at all in them.

I'll definitely put some sealant on it when I reinstall.
