Rough Ride
I have a drop kit on my suburban, but the ride is really rough. The truck feels every crack in the road. It also Squeeks a ton.
Just wondering if anyone has some things I can try to either quiet it down, or reduce the roughness of the ride. I mean if I go into a small hole it almost breaks my teeth, and I am worried about rattling my truck apart.

How much drop? Drop spindles? Drop coils? What wheel size/tire size?

3-5 spring drop, 275x60xR15 tires on 15 inch chrome smoothies. Adjustable panhard bar.

The squeaks are most likely caused by the poly bushings if you have any, and can be cured with some graphite lube. Problem is you may need to disassemble so the lube can be placed where it will do some good.
As for the rough ride - I'll ask the easiest first, did you remove the bump stop bushings? How much travel until the stops bottom out? Also I would think the shorter the spring the stiffer it will be. If the problem is mainly on the front or rear, you might consider drop spindles or arms or air suspension.

Make sure you don't have too much tire pressure. When I frist got my 18's I had WAY too much pressure (but within the max pressure) in the tires and it rode like a tank.

Who's springs? Are they progressive rate springs? If not you'll have to change them.

that's why i went with spindles and stock springs in the front, as far as the squeaks are concewrned just try bouncing the truck up and down find the squeak and lubricate and or tighten to remove
