I ran a 425 in the longhorn for a while, all the pcs came from a 78 Sedan Deville. The engine mount stands were from a 73 truck,& had a flat plate welded on top for the cad mounts to sit on(cad engine mounts are farther ahead than the chev). You need a rear sump oil pan(eldo,if running a 472 or 500),& you can use a BOP pattern trans,or an adaptor to run the chev trans. Chances are that you will have to move the eng ahead for firewall clearance,so you will also have to deal with driveshaft lenght(I opted to recess the firewall around the heads for clearance). I had a stock cad top rad hose,& the bottom hose was a 73 up truck hose flipped end for end. Probably a lot of details i left out,but if any ?,just holler! A link to pics(not a lot of detail). http://community.webshots.com/user/hotrodhorn
