TBSS headers clear most swap frames. Consider the variables tho: recipient vehicle, original motor position, which type of stands/perches the old motor used and which position they are in if applicable, which type of swap mounts are being used, what mount material (poly vs rubber). Each of these changes the relationship between frame and manifold.

If an ultra-low clearance manifold is what you need, I believe Hooker also makes a low clearance log manifold very similar to the TBSS manifold for that type of fitment.
