Head question
So i have two sets of heads sitting on my bench that i need to decide about. So the casting numbers are;
93417369- on the internet cant find much about them. i know they are 76cc chambers and have 2.05-160 valves. they are in good shape and should only take a little bit of lapping to get them to seal well. 3973487x- I also know that these heads are 75.5cc chambers and 1.94-1.60 valves. also they will only need a little lapping and they will seal well as well. I do know that these heads have larger runners and flow better than the others. Both heads have had some mild intake and exhaust port polishing (dont know if they are professional or amateur. What should i use? My build is a .30 over 350 with new flat tops pistons. I need a daily that i can have fun with not something that will be burning the tires off the rims. Im looking to get the best gas mileage that i can, thus the switch in pistons. I dont want to put to much $ into the heads because one day i would like to get my hands on some vortec's but that is out of budget right now. Let me know what you think!

Re: Head question
Niether is going to make a big difference over the other. 487's supposedly flow better but the others have large valves installed.....
