Vortec truck accessory brackets for single serpentine belt setup. $100 but not sure I have all the bolts to attach.

What are tire sizes and backspace on the wheels?

Tire sizes are 255/50/18 up front and 295/45/18 out back. Let me look up the backspacing real quick

18x8 are 4.5" backspacing and the 18x10 is a 5.75" backspacing.

What is the part number for the master cylinder setup? I'm interested.

Part number is 261-13270-BK with the Black E-coat upgrade option. Comes with the prop valve. Its a really nice piece.
